Preparation
- Stir in 1/4 C (62.5 ml) COLD water for every 1/4 C (27g) Grillnz dry mix.
- Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Form into patties, meat-like balls, or substitute in any recipe that calls for ground meat.
- For a juicier burger add slightly more water.
Oven
- Form as desired.
- Place on a non-stick surface.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
Skillet - Barbeque
- Form into patties and brush lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
- Cook both sides on medium high heat for 4 minutes.
- May also be prepared as ground in skillet.
